Manchester United fans are said to be more concerned about the side’s new Adidas jerseys than they are about any potential new signings, a report released today has confirmed.
Despite the club being close a number of players, including – allegedly – Sergio Ramos, a majority of fans are reportedly more worried with how the team’s new Adidas jerseys are going to look for the season ahead.
“Manchester United used to have such wonderful Adidas kits,” said a fan. “We just want to return to those glory days.”
“The Nike years were so disgusting,” said another fan. “It killed me to spend £80 on a jersey. I really feel confident for the future if Adidas get the kits right.”
At press time, excitement had grown among fans with the news that Adidas will be releasing a retro range of new club tracksuits.
In less important news, United appear to be on the verge of signing Southampton midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin.
