Giant Toyota key dies after short illness

The football world is in mourning today after it was announced that the giant Toyota key had passed away after a short illness.

The three foot key had been suffering from a series of rust-related ailments in recent years and had not been seen in public for the last 48 months, according to a press release by Toyota.

Tributes have poured in for the key, which had become synonymous with the FIFA Club World Cup in the last two decades, with Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs telling media today that he would “never forget how big it was”.

A state funeral will be held in Tokyo for the deceased key, with high-profile figures from the football and motor vehicle world expected to attend.
